As part of their Full Stream<\/strong> initiative, Virgin Media<\/a> will be screening three top class cult films from their catalogue at Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin on Saturday May 13.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a chance for folks to experience Back to the Future<\/a>, The Big Lebowski <\/a>and Pulp Fiction<\/a> in luxe surroundings with bold cinematic sound and a custom-built\u00a0screen and lighting rig<\/p>\n

Before each screening, we\u2019ll be hosting a\u00a0Banter Short coversation about various entertainment related topics<\/p>\n

(1) We\u2019re all cults now<\/strong> (before Back to the Future, 1pm)<\/p>\n

Believe it or not, there\u2019s now an audience out there for the strangest of shows thanks to out always-on consumption culture. We talk to\u00a0Valerie Loftus<\/a> from The Daily Edge<\/a> about how the weirdest and most off the walls shows now build and develop their fanbases<\/p>\n

(2) TV is the new film<\/strong> (before The Big Lebowski, 4.15pm)<\/p>\n

The creator of hit show Can\u2019t Cope, Won\u2019t Cope<\/a>, Stefanie Preissner<\/a>, and director of programming at TV3,\u00a0Bill Malone<\/a>,\u00a0talk about how the\u00a0new crop of writers, directors and makers want to work in TV rather than hawk their work to Hollywood<\/p>\n

(3) A new world of entertainment awaits<\/strong> (before Pulp Fiction, 7.30pm)<\/p>\n
